I began my career in enterprise technical support, working with production systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting real users in live environments. Over time, I progressed into a Subject Matter Expert role where my responsibilities grew beyond day-to-day support into handling escalations, working closely with engineering teams, and contributing to automation and operational improvements.

To move deeper into cloud engineering and DevOps, I pursued an MSc in Cloud and Enterprise Computing, which I completed with Distinction at Nottingham Trent University. Alongside my studies and internship experience, I developed hands-on skills in cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation, monitoring, automation, and identity management.

I am now seeking Cloud Support, Platform, or Junior DevOps opportunities in the UK where I can apply my multi-cloud experience in operations, automation, monitoring, and problem-solving to help build reliable, scalable, and well-operated cloud systems.
